TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

All products are guaranteed for 90 days from ship date against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is good for a replacement or credit, but will not be honored if towels are decorated.

 

Care: As a service to our customers, each towel is tagged with a "FatTowels" specific care card.

 

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all pre-approved returns. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. Merchandise altered, decorated, washed or used will not be accepted for return. Any evidence to this fact will result in merchandise being returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense and no refund of funds. Please use a traceable carrier when returning merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
