I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW FAST THE COVER CAME TO MY HOUSE.I ORDERED THE THICKER COVER BECAUSE OF WHERE I LIVE AND OUR COLD WINTERS.THE COVER LOOKS BETTER AND THE QUALITY APPEARS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL!IT LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD LAST A LOT LONGER. |

Very pleased! one small problem the buckle location of my tub doesn't line up with those provided on the cover. If you could send 2 buckles for the hot tub side i will install them to the tuband it should be great instead of good. The not lining up is kinda my fault for agreeing to go with your template rather than measuring out our tub! Many Thanks!

Limited warranty is a joke. Have to ship cover to & back at your expense if you file a claim. Too many ifs & buts in the fine print. Looks good. Fit great. Arrived on time. We'll see how it holds up in the future. |

This was our first cover from this company. It looks beautiful, fits perfectly, is super easy to handle, and we can already see a difference in our bill! I had serious doubts with purchasing a cover over the internet, BUT this company has put those doubts to rest! We plan to upgrade to a newer tub in the future and when we do, I know we are coming back to Beyond Nice for our cover. Thank you for the great product, price, and service:) |

I researched quite a bit before selecting a place to purchase a cover from, Beyond nice was fantastic the quality of the cover is great it's a lot thicker than my previous cover and it seems lighter so it's easier to lift, my previous cover got so water logged that it bent and snapped the cover lift so for now I have to lift it myself until I can gather enough cash to purchase another lift, even got all the best upgrades thicker foam, big blue wrap, etc. Very satisfied with this purchase and will purchase from them again, hopefully not too soon as it should last for a good amount of years. |

Hot tub cover is wonderful! Estes never phoned. Co. said they could not deliver to where I live nor around my work schedule. Finally had to to to co. & sign for the cover before they would deliver. |

What a great hot tub cover, I love how its tapered for the water to run off. My factory cover collapsed in the winter due to heavy snow. this cover is everything that was advertised. It also looks great. I am looking forward to a reduction in my energy bill with this new efficient cover. I do think the tie downs in the middle are pointless.But a very easy fix. |

The cover is nice. Fits like a glove. The only thing is the tie down location. I thought default location would be like my previous covers, not 1 on each edge. Pointless I think, but that is my opinion. Other than that nice cover. I hope the extra options pay off for a couple extended years. |

I got a solid 3 years out of mine without any issue. I recently just placed an order for a new one sine my new dog chewed the original cover to pieces..I was very happy to be able to order from the same company after the great experience. |

The cover is everything it was advertized to be. It was shipped earlier, looks & fits great, and is significantly better quality than my old cover. I have seen a reduction in my electrical bill and my tub stays hotter. Could not ask for more from a cover. |

This is my 4th hot tub cover and probably the best one. The company was very easy and accessible to work with. They even matched the lower price from another company and sent me a credit of $75. The workmanship so far looks very good, but time will tell, I have a heavy snow load at the 7500 ft. level. I would recommend this cover and company over any other that I have dealt with. |

We are very happy with our purchase. From the beginning we received assistance over the phone in determining the correct size for our spa tub. Once ordered, the cover was delivered in a timely fashion & in excellent condition. It fits the tub great, no pulling at the corners. We ordered the extra thick cover & it's still light enough that my wife can handle it without any trouble. |

This is our 3rd hot tub cover, the first from this company, and the best one we have purchased so far. For the same price of our local business to repeat the previous order, we definitely got a more superior product that is much more efficient, much lighter than any other cover we have had, and it shipped right to our door.
