All items to be reviewed were great and as ordered.
This is the best cover that I have had of the 6 that I have needed over the last 20 years of use of this hot tub.
It is much better insulated and saving me on my electric bill (my house is electric heat.) |

I never give reviews because I'm lazy but this cover is increadible! Best quality ever. Kids broke the old one and now they can practically tap dance on this one. |

I was so reluctant to order on line but their customer service and constant contact with me made for a very pleasant experience. Great customer oriented company and willing to do anything to ensure your experience was a good one and that you are completely satisfied with the product. I would never hesitate to order from them again. I have also told my friends/colleagues who have hot tubs where they need to get their next cover. |

It met or exceeded my expectations. The cover is very nicely made, it's lightweight, and works very well. It was made and delivered very quicklly - faster than the 'expected wait time.' |
