Big Blue Barrier - Extending the life of your hot tub cover is the Big Blue Barrier wrap of 5 mil. Designed specifically by us to retard decay due to spa chemicals, we developed this wrap and it is EXCLUSIVE to our hot tub covers. Not only is it thicker, it is tougher!

Double Thick Wrap - 82% of hot tub covers fail from waterlogging due to vapor barrier failure from spa chemicals. The double thick vapor barrier is 4 mil. thick, twice as thick as our standard barrier giving it more staying power.
