Protect your hot tub, your cover and even your cover lifter with the spa cap. It easily slips over your tub, cover and lifter to protect them from harmful weather conditions and UV damage. It is held in place by an elastic band around the spa. The spa cover cap is made from tough and durable woven polyethylene. It is an off the shelf product and does not come in any other color than reflective silver. It was designed to protect your hot tub, cover and lifter from damaging UV rays and the other elements. Most hot tub covers fail from waterlogging which comes from the water in the spa, not the rain, but if the vinyl skin of your spa cover is failing, the spa cap is designed to add years of life to your cover's vinyl exterior skin. The spa cover cap will perform well in all climates. In summer, the spa cover cap protects your hot tub cover's vinyl from sun damage. In the winter months the spa cover cap will protect your hot tub's expensive cover from snow and ice. In windy areas, the spa cap may need to be secured with straps over it. The spa cover cap comes in standard sizes of seven feet square or eight feet square and has a 12" skirt. The cap is held by an elastic band for easy installation and removal. Designed in the same style as our Deluxe straight step but with a top rear tread to match any round hot tub, this beautiful redwood hot tub step creates the surround look all by itself. Add our curved redwood bars and you have one of our half or full redwood round surrounds!

Available in one, two or three tiers, each tier is 8" high. The single step is 15" deep, the double is 21" deep and the triple is 32" deep. Each tread is routered for a finished look.

Standard straight hot tub steps. Custom hand made in the USA. Our recently redesigned Standard redwood spa or hot tub step has simple, clean lines, with the "piano-key" style treads. Constructed entirely of redwood in the floating step style, each tier is 7" high. A very practical way to enter the spa, with the warmth of real redwood.

Standard curved hot tub steps. Custom hand made in the USA. Another of our redwood spa steps, this redwood step is constructed in the same floating style as our Standard redwood step, with the top rear tread custom cut to fit any round spa.

Available in 31" lengths, each tier is 7" high. The single step measures 14" deep at sides, the double 20" deep at sides, and the triple curved step is 31" deep at sides. As with all our redwood spa steps, each tread is routered for a finished look.

For our clients that own Hot Spring cover lifters, or certain other cover removal systems, you may be required to select this option so your new cover will work with your existing lifter. If your lifter requires attachment INTO the hot tub cover (piercing the vinyl skin of the cover) the hardware INSIDE the spa cover that the lifter attaches into must be installed into your cover when the cover is made. Below are pictures and illustrations of some of the lifters that require this attachment to work. Aluminum receivers will be installed on all three exterior sides of one of the two panels of the cover, as shown in the illustration below. They will NOT be visible to the eye, as they are inside the hot tub covers vinyl skin. They can be located by tapping on the edges so you can feel which panel has the aluminum hardware in it. Not all Hot Spring cover lifters need to pierce the vinyl skin to attach into the cover. Some are the "fold over bar" type that do not need any additional mounting hardware installed since they do not attach into the cover. Learn More
