Returns Policy

Our hot tub covers are backed by the warranty but are not otherwise returnable.
All hot tub covers are custom made to the dimensions specified.
We have no stock or inventory and once we start production, we are making a cover specifically for our client. This is why the client credit card is charged before manufacturing begins.
We do not accept returns on our soft spa covers except for warranty issues.
If the spa cover is manufactured to within 1 inch of the buyer supplied specifications, we will not accept a return.
Defects in materials and craftsmanship are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
For issues affecting the vinyl skin only, the buyer agrees to remove the foam cores from inside the vinyl skin, and box the vinyl skin for return to the manufacturer so any issues can be resolved.
