Just received my new cover on Friday, installed it today and it fit PERFECTLY. Before and After photos attached.

Cynthia was extremely helpful, explaining all of the cover options available to me, and the follow-up email with links to your web site's measurement tips and color swatches was quite convenient to help me be sure I had the measurements and vinyl color correct.

I was also impressed on how quickly it was fabricated and delivered. The original Hydropool Serenity cover was a good quality cover (as you can see in the Before photo, it's seen better days), but this new custom cover is clearly superior in construction and design, with the "upgrades" I was able to choose.

I'm also comforted to see that it's marked with an ASTM safety compliance classification by UL. Thanks so much, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I fully expect to reach out to you again when this cover needs replacement.

All items to be reviewed were great and as ordered. This is the best cover that I have had of the 6 that I have needed over the last 20 years of use of this hot tub. It is much better insulated and saving me on my electric bill (my house is electric heat.) (Posted on 10/4/12)
