of course only time will tell but these covers are much better then anything we have ordered before for our B&B and rental cabin. Shipping and Price were very fair and professional We know in 5 years or so we'll be calling them again

We wish we had chosen to have the straps on the corners but that is a personal preference not a problem with the cover. It looks wonderful and even though we've only had it 2 weeks or so we think we're going to be quite happy.

The customer service is fantastic. Cynthia was well versed and was extremely helpful in the purchase. The Jacuzzi J480 is a special design and it fits perfectly. Wish I had kept my old cover to send a picture but had already thrown it away! My tub is around 8 years old. When I decided to get another one, contacted the maker and was going to have to pay around $480. I called BEYONDNICE and the rep that helped me was so helpful and so patient while I measured this and that! Then, when the lid came, I couldn't believe the quality...much better than my original one. Thanks so much!
