of course only time will tell but these covers are much better then anything we have ordered before for our B&B and rental cabin. Shipping and Price were very fair and professional We know in 5 years or so we'll be calling them again (Posted on 5/14/13)

We wish we had chosen to have the straps on the corners but that is a personal preference not a problem with the cover. It looks wonderful and even though we've only had it 2 weeks or so we think we're going to be quite happy. (Posted on 4/22/13)

The customer service is fantastic. Cynthia was well versed and was extremely helpful in the purchase. The Jacuzzi J480 is a special design and it fits perfectly. Wish I had kept my old cover to send a picture but had already thrown it away! My tub is around 8 years old. When I decided to get another one, contacted the maker and was going to have to pay around $480. I called BEYONDNICE and the rep that helped me was so helpful and so patient while I measured this and that! Then, when the lid came, I couldn't believe the quality...much better than my original one. Thanks so much!

This is a long overdue THANK YOU ! My hot tub cover is perfect and I could not be more pleased. Your customer service is outstanding. Cynthia was extremely helpful in helping me to be sure I had all the right measurements, etc to ensure a perfect fit. She offered very helpful advice and gave wonderful suggestions.

The delivery was right on time and the driver could not have been more pleasant. He even carried the cover to the hot tub for me!
