This is a long overdue THANK YOU ! My hot tub cover is perfect and I could not be more pleased. Your customer service is outstanding. Cynthia was extremely helpful in helping me to be sure I had all the right measurements, etc to ensure a perfect fit. She offered very helpful advice and gave wonderful suggestions.
The delivery was right on time and the driver could not have been more pleasant. He even carried the cover to the hot tub for me!
I would definitely use you again and would highly recommend you to anyone seeking an outstanding experience in replacing their hot tub covers.
