Shipping Policy

Shipping from Beyond Nice
  • BeyondNice ships within the 48 Contiguous United States ONLY
  • Due to high risk of damages, we do not provide international shipping
  • No P.O. box deliveries
  • No APO/FPO deliveries
  • We contract with freight trucking carriers for curbside delivery only.
  • Our hot tub covers ship freight in a 4' x 8' x 12" box and weighs about 55 pounds
  • The delivery address must be tractor trailer (18-wheeler) accessible
  • Tracking information is emailed when your spa cover ships.
  • When your cover arrives at the destination terminal nearest the delivery address, the courier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for fees charged by the carrier for missed or rescheduled delivery appointments.
  • Please carefully inspect your spa cover at the time of delivery. The driver CANNOT leave until you sign the Delivery Receipt.
  • Check all 4 sides! You have 10 minutes to inspect all sides of the box.
  • ALL OKAY? - If the box is in great condition, proceed to sign for and accept the delivery.
  • DAMAGE MAYBE - Ignore the condition of the box. If you SUSPECT cover damage, advise the driver & ask to inspect the cover inside. If denied the opportunity to inspect the cover inside, REFUSE THE DELIVERY!
  • COVER DAMAGE - Ignore the condition of the box. Open it & inspect THE COVER ITSELF on all sides! If cover damages are identified, or the driver denies the opportunity to inspect the cover, REFUSE THE DELIVERY!
  • CONCEALED DAMAGE - Any damages found after delivery MUST be reported to the freight company within 24 hours and may be denied.
  • If "Box damaged" or "Hole in box" or anything specific is noted on the Delivery Receipt, BeyondNice is not be responsible for replacing the cover if it prevents us from being paid through a freight damage claim.
  • Notify us of the freight damage by email to sales@BeyondNice.com within 24 hours.
  • If you accept a damaged hot tub cover, without noting "Damage" on the Delivery Receipt, you will be solely responsible for submitting a claim to the freight company. BeyondNice will not be responsible for the repair or replacement of any cover received without damage noted.
  • If you leave a note allowing the freight company to drop off the spa cover without your inspection, and the hot tub cover has freight damage, you will be solely responsible for submitting a claim to the freight company.
