Our Hot Tub Covers page will then list all our covers with all the available  thicknesses and foam densities, with their prices. All our covers have 2" slope (thicker in the middle along the fold) so water runs off. Our Standard model hot tub cover is a 4" to 2" slope but we also offer a Deluxe spa cover with 5" to 3" slope and our Ultra Deluxe 6" - 4" slope.
These hot tub covers come in varying foam densities including 1.0 pound, 1.5 pound and 2.0 pound. The increased density provides additional strength, insulation and lower water absorption. If you live in an area where you get a lot of snow consider a 6" to 4" slope with a 1.5 pound foam so that the spa cover will have the strength to hold the snow.
We offer upgrade options to extend the life of the spa cover. We offer a double thick wrap which extends the life of an average hot tub cover by 12 - 18 months.
We offer a continuous hinge seal so there is foam insulation keeping heat in across the entire cover under the fold/hinge. Customers with the hinge seal report the snow no longer melts along the hinge, so much more heat is kept in.
We also offer a Walk-On Hot Tub Cover that holds 400 pounds. This cover is great if you have a hot tub built into a deck and are worried about children, pets or even adults walking or standing on the spa cover. This hot tub cover is made with fiberglass sheeting on the top and bottom of the foam core. It looks like any other hot tub cover but is quite different inside. These covers are a little more expensive but well worth it for the protection it provides.
