Manufacturing Policy

Always remember to check and double check in order to be sure your order is accurate. We cannot cancel or make changes to your cover order once it is in production.

• We will custom make your spa cover to the dimensions you specify with a +/- 1 inch tolerance
• Manufacturing typically takes 4-6 weeks, but may be longer in fall and spring.
• Any changes to an order MUST be made within 2 business days of ordering. Even then, we can ONLY make changes if the cover is not beyond the point of change in production.
• Due to the lack of industry standards and common production variations, it is not possible to guarantee the safety strap placement will match your spa.

Warranty

• Our foam hot tub covers come with the manufacturers warranty against defect in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper handling of the hot tub cover.
• VINYL SKIN ISSUES: If an issue involves only the exterior vinyl skin, we may, at our discretion, pick up ONLY the vinyl skin for a remedy, instead of having the entire hot tub cover shipped. In these cases, clients agree to remove the vinyl skin and box it for return shipping. The vinyl skin can be removed by unzipping it in the fold, and removing the foam core like a pillow case.
