The remaining steps to complete your order:

  1. Make payment, manually adding freight charges for items where freight is due. If you have any doubt, wait till we send an invoice. Depending on processing, you may have already made payment by the time this reaches you.
    • Paypal - pay the ebay invoice directly
    • eCheck - we can accept this but must wait for the check to clear
    • Credit Card - we can take your credit card over the phone
  2. We will reply to receipt of payment via email with instructions for providing your specifications
  3. Enter all specifications, and any desired upgrades, using our online system. We cannot accept cover specifications via any other method including email.
    • Our online system does not know which cover thickness or foam density you won on ebay
    • Be sure to enter your specifications to match your ebay item
  4. You will receive an email copy of your specifications after you enter them in our online system
  5. We will also email a final copy of your specifications showing what we are going to make, so you can have one final review
  6. In about 7 business days, we will email tracking details when we ship
  7. The freight company will phone you to schedule the delivery
  8. Should the cover be damaged in transit, be sure to refuse the delivery

Problems

  • For any type of problem, please contact us so we can work with you to address it.
  • Do not leave negative feedback first. It will not make us want to help you more. It has the opposite effect.
  • If there is a problem with the vinyl skin only, we may ask you to remove the foam and ship the vinyl back.
  • If there are problems with freight, please do not take it out on us per ebay user policy

Delivery

  • We will deliver to the address you enter when you provide your specifications
  • We cannot ship UPS or FedEx due to the large size of our boxes
  • We will email tracking information, including a link, when we ship
  • Use this tracking link for any questions you may have about the delivery
  • For foam covers, an 18-wheeler most likely will be making the delivery to your residence
  • Do not plan on the tracking screen dates being UPS or FedEx accurate
  • Wait for the call from the shipper to schedule the appointment for the delivery
  • We recommend being home to accept the delivery and to check for any damages in shipping
  • Leaving a note on the door that it is okay to leave the cover will act to accept a damaged cover

SIMPLE FACTS TO HELP UNDERSTAND THE COVER COMPONENTS
  • A thicker cover will insulate better, like the pink insulation in your attic, reducing your heating bills
  • A cover with more dense foam will be stronger to hold snow but adds little additional insulation
  • The most important upgrade for energy efficiency is the continuous hinge seal which adds R-9
  • The most important upgrade to extend the life of your cover is an upgraded vapor barrier

  • We do not accept returns on the soft cover for any reason other than damage
  • We will ship your soft cover within 3 days of receipt of your size info
  • We will deliver to your Paypal confirmed shipping address
  • We will email tracking information, including a link, when we ship
