This is a great cover lifter. After installing it I am amazed at effortless it is to take the cover off. I have had my hot tub for 5 years and always had to drag the lid off I just wish I would have bought this 5 years ago. The instructional video was quite helpful, installation only took about 1/2 an hour. Love this product

Have received hot tub cover ordered through ebay. Arrived several days ago. Have been waiting for cover lift to arrive. Have now received it and assembled. Cover seems well made and is very pretty. Fit is perfect!! Cover lift seems to be working well. Gave 5+ rating to ebay. Thanks for the great customer service. Was a little time comsuming getting info and measurements as ours was an odd shape. Went ahead with square cover and am very happy. When we need other products in future will contact your company. Thanks!!
