This step is very solid and replaces the flimsy step that came with my hot tub. Purchased the coastal gray and it looks good. The storage area is fine for storing the chemicals. The back is not fully covered but probably enough so to prevent water from getting in due to splashes. Another piece of board from home depot will address that and they will cut it the right size there. I'm happy with the purchase and it looks good next to the spa.

I just wanted to let you know that I received my spa steps today, and that I was very impressed by the quality! They were far beyond what I expected. We haven't assembled them yet, but the instructions are very easy to read, and look fairly simple to put together. It was definitely worth the wait. Thank-you.

We just received the steps from BeyondNice.com and we really love them. They are so much more sturdy than our old plastic ones and they look 100 times nicer.

I originally thought the price was a little high but when the steps arrived I understood the pricing. The workmanship and materials are outstanding. The steps were in four sections that went together perfectly. Two braces were missing but one call and they came in a couple of days by UPS. I am totally satisfied with these steps and would buy them again.
