We love a good barbecue. While the food cooks, remove the hot tub cover and get ready to enjoy a fun afternoon with your family and friends. Check out these unique and wonderful tastes!

Tangy Meat Marinade
Meat is a staple of any barbecue. For an unusual taste, try exotic meats like buffalo, elk or alligator.
Mix the barbecue sauce, lime juice and taco seasoning together. Pour it in a container, and add the meat. After the meat marinates for several hours, grill it for about 20 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Grilled P B & J
A favorite with kids, this recipe adds a grown up twist. Its flavor combination gives your guests something to talk about as you hang out beside the hot tub.
On four slices of bread, spread the peanut butter, bacon and banana. Top each slice with bread, and brush a thin layer of butter on top. Grill the sandwiches for two minutes per side. Let them cool for two minutes. Mix the jam and hot sauce as a sandwich dip.
Grilled Candy Bars
No barbecue is complete without dessert. This recipe is easy to prepare the day before your barbecue and cooks in minutes.
On each tortilla, spread two teaspoons of marshmallow fluff. Center a candy bar on the marshmallow, and fold the tortilla over its filling. Top with a light brush of melted butter and a sprinkle of sugar. Wrap each dessert pouch in aluminum foil, and grill for 5 minutes on each side. Cool each pouch for three minutes then serve.
