I would have to say that my recent purchase of a new spa cover including the overall experience clearly exceeded my expectations. I am always reluctant to purchase anything custom online however, BeyondNice made the overall process very easy. The template and ordering chart were very clear and the sales associate immediately answered a couple of my questions to ensure I got it right. Then came immediately the order confirmation and tracking number for FREE shipment and delivery. The delivery guy actually called before he delivered, carried my new cover to the back of the house and helped me put the cover on my hot tub! The cover fits perfectly, is easy to put on and take off and was very affordable. Well done and keep up the good work!
